Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a company or team, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

2. The Service

CommissionIQ provides tools for commission tracking, deal management, forecasting, activity tracking, coaching workflows, exports, and related features. The Service is an informational and organizational tool and is not legal, accounting, tax, or financial advice.

3. Your Content

You are responsible for the accuracy of any data you enter (including deal details, commission plans, splits, activity metrics, and notes). You retain ownership of your content. You grant us permission to process your content solely to provide and improve the Service (including sync and sharing features you enable).

4. Team Sharing

If you create or join a team workspace, you acknowledge that certain content may be shared with other team members according to your team settings and invitations. You are responsible for inviting appropriate participants and managing access.

5. Subscriptions, Billing, and Trials

• Paid features may require an active subscription.
• Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store account and renew automatically unless canceled.
• Pricing and available plans may change; changes apply as allowed by Apple’s rules and your subscription settings.
• Refund requests are handled by Apple under App Store policies.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. For example, you will not:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the Service.
• Use the Service to violate laws or third-party rights.
• Upload malicious code or attempt unauthorized access to accounts or data.

7. Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CommissionIQ will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Service.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required for security or legal reasons.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the United States and the state in which the Service operator is located, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by law.
