1. Information We Collect

CommissionIQ is designed to help real estate professionals track deals, commissions, activity, and coaching metrics. Depending on how you use the app, we may collect or process:

• Account information (if enabled): such as Sign in with Apple identifier and basic account state.
• App content you enter: deals, commission plans, activity metrics, notes, coaching entries, and team/member names you create in-app.
• Subscription status: subscription entitlement and plan tier (handled through Apple’s StoreKit).
• Diagnostics: crash logs or performance information (if enabled on your device and permitted by Apple/iOS settings).

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Provide core app functionality (deal tracking, forecasts, activity tracking, exports).
• Sync data across your devices and, where enabled, across team members (e.g., via iCloud/CloudKit).
• Verify subscription access and enable paid features.
• Improve reliability and fix bugs (diagnostics, where available).

3. Data Storage and Sync (iCloud / CloudKit)

If you enable iCloud features, data may be stored in Apple’s iCloud/CloudKit under your Apple ID and (where configured) shared with other team members you invite. Apple’s iCloud services are governed by Apple’s privacy and security policies.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only in these cases:

• With Apple for purchases/subscriptions and iCloud/CloudKit sync, as applicable.
• With team members you authorize when you create or join a shared team workspace.
• For legal reasons if required to comply with applicable law, regulation, or legal process.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through your App Store account. We do not receive your full payment details. Apple may provide us with entitlement status (active/inactive, tier) to enable features.

6. Data Retention

We retain your app data for as long as you maintain it in the app and/or in iCloud. If you delete data inside the app (or delete the app and iCloud data, where applicable), it is removed from your accessible storage subject to Apple’s iCloud behavior and device settings.

7. Your Choices

• You can manage iCloud usage in iOS Settings and in-app settings (where available).
• You can manage subscriptions in the App Store subscription settings.
• You can delete content you enter in the app at any time.

8. Security

We use platform-standard security features (iOS sandboxing, Apple authentication and purchase mechanisms, and iCloud security controls where enabled). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; however, we strive to protect your information using reasonable safeguards.

9. Children’s Privacy

CommissionIQ is not intended for children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the Effective Date above and may provide additional notice within the app or on this page.
